GTO. Those three letters cause goose bumps every time a Ferrari enthusiast hears them. GTO stands for Gran Turismo Omologato and means that it’s qualified to participate in various types of racing competitions.

Ferrari initially designed the 288 GTO to compete in the challenging Group B Rally Championship. The GTO was a homologation to the 308 and 328 Series. After several crashes, the FIA decided to cancel this competition because of its dangerous status in 1986. Ferrari revealed the GTO, a really good looking automobile, nicely shaped and of course in the famous Rosso Corsa, in 1984. Powered by a twin-turbo V8, the engine pushes out around 400 bhp and can reach a top speed of 288 kph (179 mph).

This 288 GTO art print is part of the Ferrari Supercars series. We are offering the 1984 288 GTO, 1987 F40, 1995 F50, 2002 Enzo and 2013 LaFerrari visualized by our own artist Anatole Bourne.

All drawings by Anatole Bourne are created by himself using only pencils and markers. Each original art print takes six to eight hours to create from scratch. Only 25 copies will be sold complemented by a certificate of authenticity.
