Orders

All items in our store are shipped to you directly from our partners. If your order contains items from multiple partners they will not arrive in the same package.

When we get an order, we will send it to our partner for them to process it. If you’re worried about your order, want to change something or cancel it, reach out to store@rossoautomobili.com or fill in this form with your order number and request. If an order has already been processed, it won’t be possible to change or cancel it. The order is then subject to the suppliers’ return policy once received.

Shipping

After your items have been shipped, we will send an email with tracking details. If your order contains items from multiple partners, you will receive multiple shipping confirmations. Some products may not be traceable, depending on our partner’s location, used courier and shipping destination. If you would like to know more about tracking details about a certain product you may want to purchase, reach out to store@rossoautomobili.com or fill in this form with your order number and request.

The shipping arrival depends on our partners, the couriers they use and the type of item(s) you ordered. Made-to-order items take more time than ready-to-ship items. If you have any questions in regards to your order, reach out to store@rossoautomobili.com or fill in this form with your order number and request.

You can find shipping rates for the item(s) you may want to purchase in the product descriptio. We’re working with various suppliers, each with their own rates.

There’s a chance when you purchase two or more items that they’re supplied by different companies at different locations, which means shipping may be higher than expected.

Returns

The return policies of our various partners are different. Some allow return up to 7 days, some up to 14 days. Please reach out to store@rossoautomobili.com to let us know which item(s) you may want to purchase and we’d be happy to supply you with that specific return policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When you cancel your order beforehand, we will also perform a refund. Please note that, depending on the refund situation, online transaction cost will be deducted on the refund amount.
